HS and College Coaches From Tri-State Area Are Welcome
EDISON, NJ–Basketball season is fast approaching. Classes at many high schools, colleges, and universities have already begun, and high school fall leagues are set to begin in a couple weeks. Time for coaches to get ready. There is no better way to start getting prepared than by attending the 2013 Coaches Basketball Summit at Middlesex County College on September 30, 2013.
Come join high school and college coaches from around the tri-state area for the Basketball Coaches Summit at the Physical Education Center on the main campus of Middlesex County College for a full day of activities. Plenty of college hoop coaches from the area will be on hand to talk plays, strategies, networking and chalk talk. Come out as partial proceeds with benefit childhood cancer.
Presenters and Topics include:
- Bruce Hamburger, FDU: Zone Offense
- Jim Engles, NJIT: My Favorite Drills
- Pat Skerry, Towson: Offensive Quick Hitters
- Corey Lowery, ECC: Pressure Defense
- John Dunne St. Peter’s: Building a Half-Court Defense
- Vin Parise, Analyst and Former Division Assistant Coach: Networking for Success.
The summit will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with same day registration beginning at 8:00 AM and lasting until 8:45. Register before the day of the event, and pay $90. Same day registration costs $100. Please make checks payable to the Middlesex County College Athletic Department and mail to the following:
