Third Annual Summer League at New Brunswick HS
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ–On Saturday, GMC Hoops received information from New Brunswick varsity boys basketball head coach, Samir Sanu regarding the 2017 Odie Paige Summer League. This summer will mark the third year that the league will be run over at New Brunswick High School.
Last year, Elizabeth defeated New Brunswick in the Championship Game. This year, the league is looking to have more teams. The 2017 Odie Page Summer League will begin on June 20th, and run until July 29th. Game times will be from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Teams will play 8 or 9 regular season games plus playoffs.
There will also be MVP, Runner-Up, and Championship Trophies at the end of the season. There will be two divisions: Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls. The cost for the team entry fee is $400.00 if your team registers before May 1, 2017, or $450.00 if your team registers after May 1, 2017. There is also a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot.
