Games Moved to MCC with Girls Game at 6:00 PM Followed by Boys Contest at 7:30 PM
EDISON, NJ—On Wednesday, the 2018-19 Greater Middlesex Conference Basketball Season will officially come to an end with the 2019 GMCBCA Senior All-Star Games taking place at Middlesex County College. Originally, the games were slotted to be played at Woodbridge High School, but that was changed last week.
The GMCBCA Senior Girls All-Star Game will take place first at 6:00 PM followed by the Boys Senior All-Star Game at 7:30 PM. This is the 26th annual Senior All-Star Game and admission to the game is $5 for adults and $3 for senior citizens. All proceeds from the All-Star Game Doubleheader will benefit The Marisa Tufaro Foundation.
Leisure Sports of Iselin and N.J. Smiles Dental in Avenel will be donating game t-shirts for all of the all-star participants. Members of the GMCBCA will work as scoreboard and clock operators. Woodbridge High School athletics trainer, Makenzie Atherton will be helping out. This is the third straight year that the proceeds from the GMCBCA Senior All-Star Game will be donated to the Marisa Tufaro Foundation.
GMC Hoops will be covering this All-Star Game for the 12th time, and for the 10th time in the past 11 years. GMC Hoops will be covering both the Girls and Boys Senior All-Star Games and will be live tweeting from the event. Below are the selections for both the Girls and Boys Games:
