Next Round of GMCT Girls Games Set For Monday at Higher Seed
SPOTSWOOD, NJ—On Friday morning and afternoon, the 2019 Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament Seeding meeting took place at Spotswood High School.
Both the Boys and Girls Tournaments were seeded with the Play-In Round Games in both tourneys taking place on Saturday, February 9th at Higher Seed. The winners of the 2019 GMCT Play-In Round Games will advance to the Preliminary Round on Tuesday along with other games involving teams that got Play-In Round byes. Below is the schedule for the 2019 GMCT Girls Preliminary Round on Monday:

- #25 J.F. Kennedy—#24 Perth Amboy Tech winner at #9 East Brunswick, TBA
- #18 Colonia at #15 South Plainfield, 5:30 PM
- #17 Spotswood at #16 Woodbridge, 6:00 PM
Did you know that Spotswood and Woodbridge are playing each other in both the GMCT Girls and Boys Preliminary Rounds on Monday and Tuesday. Spotswood Girls travel to Woodbridge on Monday at 6:00 PM while Woodbridge Boys travel to play at Spotswood on Tuesday at 6:00 PM. GMC Hoops plans to cover at least one game from the 2019 GMCT Girls Preliminary Round on Monday.
