2011 Planet Athlete New Jersey HS Tip-Off Showcase Set For Saturday

Cardinal McCarrick Hosting Event With Piscataway Also Competing

SOUTH AMBOY, NJ–On Saturday, GMC Hoops received word that the Planet Athlete High School Tip-Off Showcase is set for this coming Saturday at Cardinal McCarrick. There will be wall to wall basketball games starting at 1:00 PM and continuing until the completion of the final game that starts at 7:00 PM. There will be five games played in this event involving teams from both New Jersey and New York. McCarrick and Piscataway will be representing the GMC in this event. GMC Hoops plans to cover some of the action from this event.

The Robinson School vs. Satellite Academy (NY), 1:00 PM
Piscataway vs. East Orange Campus, 2:30 PM
Bloomfield Tech vs. Samuel Gompers (NY), 4:00 PM
Cardinal McCarrick vs. Rutgers Prep, 5:30 PM
Newark Eastside vs. Paul Robeson (NY), 7:00 PM

The site plans to cover at least the contest between Piscataway and East Orange Campus.
