METUCHEN, NJ–The second game of the GMC Hoops Freshmen, JV, and Varsity Tripleheader between East Brunswick and St. Joseph’s featured both JV teams in the JV Game of the Week. Both teams fought hard, and neither gave up until the end. It was a game that saw a number of swings in momentum, but the Junior Falcons closed the third with a 13-5 run, and opened the fourth with a 10-4 spurt to take a 56-47 lead. EB was able to hang on for the 67-60 victory. Rob Seraji played a tremendous game before leaving the contest with a shoulder injury while Owen McLeod helped fill the gaps for the winners. First Quarter

7:57–EB–Al Johnson–scores layup off the tip for a 2-0 lead.
7:30–STJ–Mike Allen loses handle of Rob Seraji pass–turnover.
7:01–EB–Carl Taylor passes to Alex Fitzgerald for three pointer from the top of the key for a 5-0 lead.
