SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ–On Tuesday night, after work, GMC Hoops traveled over to his alma mater to see the Tigers take on Edison in a White Division clash. Trailing 24-16 at the half, SPHS opened the third with a 13-3 tear for a 29-27 lead, and led by one going into the fourth. However, Edison put together a 9-4 spurt over the first 5:09 of the final frame to take a 39-33 lead. The Eagles then got two key offensive rebounds at the 1:28 and 50.2 second marks to hold on for the 44-39 win. Below is the play-by-play from the second half.
