Monroe Hosting Its Own Holiday Tournament For First Time Since 2008
MONROE, NJ–On Sunday, GMC Hoops learned that Monroe Township HS will be running a holiday tournament for the first time since 2008 on Saturday, December 27th, and Monday, December 29th at Monroe High School. Monroe is the lone team representing the Greater Middlesex Conference in the event’s boys tourney.Â
Four teams are competing in the MTHS Holiday Tournament and representing three different conferences: Monroe (Greater Middlesex Conference), Franklin (Skyland Conference), and Allentown and Robbinsville (Colonial Valley Conference). Below is the schedule of games for the two days:
2014Â MTHSÂ Holiday Tournament–Day One–December 27th
- Allentown vs. Franklin, 3:00 PM
- Robbinsville vs. Monroe, 7:00 PM
2014 MTHS Holiday Tournament–Day Two–December 29th
- Consolation: Franklin vs. Robbinsville, 3:00 PM
- Championship: Allentown vs. Monroe, 7:00 PM
GMC Hoops plans to cover at least one game from this tournament.
