Cardinal McCarrick Participating in Kearny Holiday Tourney This Year
KEARNY, NJ–On Sunday afternoon, GMC Hoops learned that Cardinal McCarrick will be playing in the Kearny Kardinal Holiday Tournament in Hudson County starting on Saturday, December 27th, and finishing up on Monday, December 29th. McCarrick is the lone team representing the Greater Middlesex Conference in the event’s boys tourney.Â
Four teams are competing in the Kearny Kardinal Holiday Tournament and representing four different conferences: Cardinal McCarrick (Greater Middlesex Conference), Belleville (Super Essex Conference), Kearny (Hudson County Interscholastic Athletic Association), and Roselle Park (Union County Conference). Below is the schedule of games for the two days:

- Belleville vs. Roselle Park, 5:00 PM
2014 Kearny Kardinal Holiday Tournament–Day Two–December 29th
- Consolation: Kearny vs. Roselle Park, 3:00 PM
- Championship: Cardinal McCarrick vs. Belleville, 5:00 PM
GMC Hoops will not be able to cover this tournament.
