Two GMC Teams Competing In South Amboy Holiday Tourney
SOUTH AMBOY, NJ–On Tuesday, GMC Hoops obtained the schedule for the upcoming South Amboy Holiday Tournament, which is taking place Monday, December 29th and Tuesday, December 30th at South Amboy Middle/High School. Two GMC teams are scheduled to compete including: South River and South Amboy. Conferences represented in this tourney are the GMC and Shore Conference. In the past, this tournament has been played at Keansburg, Henry Hudson, and last year at South River. Below is the schedule for the upcoming tourney:
2014 South Amboy Holiday Tournament–Opening Round–December 29th
- South River vs. Henry Hudson, 11:30 AM
- Keansburg vs. South Amboy, 1:00 PM
2014 South Amboy Holiday Tournament–Consolation and Championship–December 30th
- Consolation: South River-Henry Hudson loser vs. Keansburg-South Amboy loser, 11:30 AM
- Championship: South River-Henry Hudson winner vs. Keansburg-South Amboy winner, 1:00 PM
