SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ–As we approach the 20th Anniversary of the first game ever covered by GMC Hoops between Piscataway and East Brunswick on December 15, 2000 in East Brunswick, we look back on some of the memorable teams from the first 20 years. Below is the 20th Anniversary GMC Hoops Top 25 Group 2 schools led by the 2001-02 Carteret Ramblers consisting of the likes of Omar Alston (Hofstra), Drew Hill, Rob Carter, and Wilfredo Fuerte. The 2001-02 Carteret Ramblers were the last Group 2 school to win a GMCT Boys Championship.
