PISCATAWAY, NJ–On Friday evening, GMC Hoops traveled over to Piscataway Tech for the second time this week to see the Raiders in action against Perth Amboy Tech in a key Gold Division showdown. Trailing 7-0 early on, PWay Tech put together a 26-15 surge over the last 14:30 or so of the first half to take a four point lead at the break, and then put together a 26-12 surge over a span of 12:24 of the second half to take a 54-43 lead with under a minute to play en route to a 58-49 victory. Aziz Austin returned to action and came off the bench to score 15 points while Letrell West chipped in with 19 for the Raiders. Kyle Wider and Marc Fychok added 9 and 8 points respectively for the winners while Jordan Little led all scorers with 23 points including 18 in the second half for Amboy Tech. Noel Garay chipped in with 13 including 10 in the first half for the Patriots.
First Quarter
