HAMILTON, NJ–In between the two games involving South Brunswick at the 2016 Summer Primetime Shootout on Saturday morning, Roselle Catholic took on the Hun School in a back and forth up-tempo game that had many highlight reel plays. The Lions jumped out to a 9-6 lead following a 9-2 run, but Hun fought back, and eventually took the lead with a 6-0 run.
The game continued to go back and forth into the second half when the Raiders scored 8 unanswered points for a 34-27 lead. Roselle Catholic roared back though by scoring 17 of the next 26 points for a 44-43 lead, and eventually took the game to overtime tied at 51-51 before scoring 6 of the 8 points in the extra session for the 57-53 victory.
