BASKING RIDGE, NJ–After visiting the Vaughn Stapleton Classic in Bridgewater, GMC Hoops got back on Route 287 North in the snow to Northern Somerset County and Ridge High School to see former Middlesex head coach, Brian Feath, and his Red Devils against Sayreville in the Championship of the 2012 Len Sepanak Tournament. Already leading 20-14 early in the second quarter, Ridge went on an 18-3 tear over a five minute span for a 38-17 lead. The Devils led 41-22 at the half, and by as many as 30 in the second half en route to a 76-56 win. Kevin Doolan was tournament MVP while Corey Taite and Jon Bracero earned All Tourney Honors for the Bombers. Below are some game notes from the action.
