MONROE, NJ–In the nightcap game of the GMC Hoops doubleheader at the 2014 Monroe Sports Center Fall League on Monday night, two GMC squads went at it as Spotswood took on South Brunswick. In a high scoring contest (despite a running clock), the Chargers, led by the play of Eric Dadika, who had three treys in the first half, gave the Vikings all they could handle, and actually led 55-53 with about 8 minutes to go. However, South Brunswick would prevail on this night thanks to a decisive 13-2 tear over a span of 5:03 to take a 66-57 lead en route to the 71-65 victory. Below are game notes from the action:
