Here are highlights from the action in a JV game between West Windsor-Plainsboro North and South Brunswick in the first annual Brunswick-Windsor Classic at SBHS over the holidays. The Junior Vikings rolled in this one as they jumped out to a 21-8 lead over the first 9:39 of the contest. Then, Ryan Moran and Jaren Almonte added threes for a 27-8 lead, and after WWPN got a trey of its own, South Brunswick scored six more points including layups by Moran and Almonte and a bucket by Chris James to take a 33-11 halftime lead. From there, South Brunswick’s JV cruised to an easy victory as Shawn Bautista added a couple second half threes.
