Here are some video highlights from the final 17:31 of the contest between top seeded St. Joseph’s and fifth seeded North Brunswick in the semifinal round of the 2012 East Brunswick/GMC JV Tournament.
The Junior Falcons jumped out to a 41-21 lead with 1:31 left in the first half. St. Joe’s then ended the half with a 7-0 spurt including a three point play by Mike Allen, a jumper by Brian Fitzpatrick, and a layup by Matt Olivo for a 48-21 lead at the break. The Junior Falcons continued to pour it on with a 10-0 tear to start the second half including a basket by Allen and a three pointer by Brandon Bielak for a 58-21 lead.
St. Joseph’s coasted from there as Mike Cintron scored 7 points in the fourth quarter while Mohammed Gebbay added a layin in the final seconds of a 77-32 victory.
