Led by the play of Rob Saydee (19 points), Pierce Kokosinski (14 points), and Will Clemons (15 points), the Timothy Christian Tigers overcame a 5-2 early first quarter deficit with a 14-4 spurt to end of the period for a 16-9 lead, and then put together a 17-7 fourth quarter to overcome a 42-38 third quarter deficit for a 55-49 victory.
Middlesex was led by big man, Jake Robel, who overcame Timothy Christian’s defense for a team high 18 points while teammate Chris Hendricks chipped in with 15 points including four three pointers. Nick Montajes added 8 points including two threes in the loss.
