Here are highlights from the action between J.P. Stevens and this past season’s Morris County Champion, Mendham in one of the consolation games at the 2015 Kean Ironman Challenge at Harwood Arena in Union. The Hawks didn’t have their first lead of the game until early on in the second half, and trailed 26-22 with less than 10 minutes to play, but guard Alex Corrigan scored 7 straight points to help Stevens tie the game at 29-29 with under a minute to play, and then Mike Lionikis scored the game winning basket on a short jumper with 13.4 seconds to play in a 31-29 victory.
