Led by DJ Haskins, who scored 26 points, Bergenfield managed to put together an 11-2 tear for a 62-56 lead with 1:58 to play.
However, Ewing fought back by scoring 7 of the last 8 points of regulation including a putback by Trey Lowe with 18 seconds left to force overtime. In the extra session, Bergenfield scored the first seven points and led by as many as 10 en route to a 80-72 victory. Lowe finished his illustrious career with 25 points and 9 rebounds.
