Here are highlights from the action between J.F. Kennedy and St. Mary’s of Elizabeth in the opening round of the 2014 Kean University Spring League playoffs on the second Wednesday of May 2014. St. Mary’s broke away from a slim 30-27 lead with under 11 minutes to play with a 14-3 tear over nearly eight minutes to take a 44-30 advantage en route to a 48-36 victory. The Hilltoppers then defeated Notre Dame to advance to the semifinals on May 19th.
