St. Joseph’s Falls to Linden in Semis; Linden Defeats Monsignor Farrell for Title
LINDEN, NJ–On Thursday, play concluded in the 2016 Linden Summer League with semifinal and championship round games. St. Joseph’s was in action in the semifinals as the Falcons took on Linden.
Linden, which cruised past Colonia in the opening round on Monday, and then rolled past Chatham in the quarterfinals, registered another 20 plus point victory with its win over the Falcons.
Then, the Tigers defeated Monsignor Farrell of Staten Island in the Championship. Farrell had defeated Union Catholic in the other semifinal. Below are the results for the last two rounds of the playoffs at Linden:
