TOMS RIVER, NJ–On Monday afternoon, GMC Hoops received the pairings for the 2010 WOBM Classic that is scheduled to begin this coming Sunday at the Ritacco Center. Once again, Monroe will be competing in the tournament, and received the 13th seed. The Purple Birds will face off against fourth seeded Toms River North in the opening round on Sunday at 3:15 PM. The winner will play the winner of fifth seeded St. Rose of Belmar against twelfth seeded Southern Regional in the semifinals on December 27th at 6:00 PM.
