MONROE, NJ–With the first basketball practices starting the Monday after Thanksgiving rather than the Friday after Turkey Day, teams and players have two less practice days prior to the beginning of the 2012-13 season. The Monroe Sports Center has a cure for that with their Pre-Season Boot Camp. The camp will run on Friday, November 23rd and Saturday, November 24th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The MSC Boot Camp will consist of advanced drills and game play, designed to prepare players for their High School Basketball Seasons:
- Progressive Conditioning
- Advanced Ball-Handling
- Shooting form and footwork
- In-game decision making
- Off the ball movements
