Perth Amboy Rolls Past Timothy Christian
MONROE, NJ–After being at the 2016 Linden Fall League, GMC Hoops traveled down to Monroe Township and the Monroe Sports Center to take in the action during the final hour of games in the MSC Fall League. One of the contests included teams from the GMC as Timothy Christian took on Perth Amboy.
The Panthers of Perth Amboy jumped out to a 17-9 lead over the first 10:31 of the contest, and then got scores from Kaieme Byers and Adam Gornowicz during an 8-0 run for a 25-9 lead. Timothy Christian, led by Will Clemmons, attempted to get back into the game by scoring 8 of the next 14 points to close within 31-17 at the intermission.
Amboy wouldn’t let the Tigers of TCS get any closer as it finished the game on a 43-27 surge highlighted by a Fres Cabrera dunk for a 74-44 victory. Below are some results from Tuesday night action at the 2016 MSC Fall League:
