Chiefs Hoops Standout Plans To Walk On Basketball Team
UNION, NJ–On Wednesday night, GMC Hoops learned from Piscataway boys basketball head coach, Guy Jensen, that senior Thierno Diallo will be attending NJIT this fall. The site also learned that Diallo plans to walk on the Highlanders men’s basketball team as well. Diallo was one of two seniors on the P-Way roster this season along with Danny Cole. He helped guide the Chiefs to a 22-8 record and a return trip to the 2011 Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament and 2011 North Jersey Section 2 Group IV State Tournament Championship Games. Cole is looking to play football at East Stroudsburg.
