1978 Middlesex County Boys Basketball Tournament

View the bracket for the 1978 Middlesex County Boys Basketball Tournament, which took place from February 13th to February 25th. First-round games were played at Edison, J.F. Kennedy, J.P. Stevens, New Brunswick, South River, Spotswood, St. Mary’s (S.A.) (later called Cardinal McCarrick), and St. Thomas Aquinas High Schools.

Quarterfinal contests were held at East Brunswick, North Brunswick, Perth Amboy, and Sayreville High Schools. Semifinal games were played at South Plainfield and Woodbridge High Schools. The Championship Game was held at the Rutgers University College Avenue Barn.
