Quarterfinal games were played at Perth Amboy, Sayreville, and Woodbridge High Schools. Semifinal games were played at Sayreville High School. The Championship Game was held at the Rutgers Athletic Center. Top-seeded East Brunswick defeated 2nd-seeded and defending champion, Metuchen (45-41) for the crown.
