This was the 10th annual Middlesex County Girls Basketball Tournament. First-round games were held at Bishop Ahr, J.P. Stevens, St. Joseph’s, and St. Peter’s High Schools.
Quarterfinal games were played at East Brunswick, Piscataway Tech, and Sayreville High Schools. Semifinal games were played at East Brunswick High School. The Championship Game was held at the Rutgers Athletic Center. Top-seeded Bishop Ahr defeated 2nd-seeded St. Peter’s for the crown.
