PISCATAWAY, NJ–On Thursday afternoon, GMC Hoops received information from Dennis Gregory of the Rutgers men’s basketball team, and several of the GMC coaches on what transpired at the 2010 Scarlet Shootout, which took place on the campus of Rutgers University this past weekend (June 12th and 13th). There were seven teams from the Greater Middlesex Conference that participated in this event including: Bishop Ahr, Colonia, Monroe, New Brunswick, North Brunswick, Piscataway, and Woodbridge. Originally, Colonia and Monroe were pitted against each other in the first round, but then the schedule was changed so that they faced different opponents. Below are the results from both the Championship and Consolation Tournaments.
