Bishop Ahr Competing in GRHS Holiday Tourney This Year
GLEN RIDGE, NJ–On Sunday afternoon, GMC Hoops learned that Bishop Ahr will be playing in the Glen Ridge Holiday Tournament in Essex County starting on Saturday, December 27th, and finishing up on Sunday, December 28th. Ahr is the lone team representing the Greater Middlesex Conference in the event’s boys tourney.Â
Four teams are competing in the Glen Ridge Holiday Tournament and representing three different conferences: Bishop Ahr (Greater Middlesex Conference), Glen Ridge and Millburn (Super Essex Conference), and Sussex Tech (Northwest Jersey Athletic Conference). Below is the schedule of games for the two days:
2014 Glen Ridge Holiday Tournament–Day One–December 27th
- Millburn vs. Bishop Ahr, 2:30 PM
- Sussex Tech vs. Glen Ridge, 4:00 PM
2014 Glen Ridge Holiday Tournament–Day Two–December 28th
- Consolation: Bishop Ahr loser vs. Sussex Tech, 2:00 PM
- Championship: Millburn vs. Glen Ridge, 6:30 PM
GMC Hoops may cover one game in this tournament.
