Led by Jason Woods and Cameron Hayes-Durina, the Metuchen Bulldogs move into the GMC Hoops Top Ten for the first time in nearly 20 years.
Metuchen Makes Historic Appearance and Old Bridge Returns
SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – The final week of divisional play is upon us and there are still a couple of division races to be decided. Despite its loss to North Plainfield on Saturday, Metuchen moves into the GMC Hoops top ten for the first time since 2006.
The Bulldogs move into the sixth spot while Old Bridge returns to the Top Ten at No. 7 thanks to a huge GMC Red win at top-ranked Colonia. The Knights then followed that up with a win at home over Timothy Christian.
Otherwise, the poll remains mostly the same as last week, especially the top five. Woodbridge, East Brunswick, and Perth Amboy slid down a spot while Middlesex dropped out of the poll. Current records are in parentheses.
