MONROE, NJ–On Monday night, GMC Hoops took in two very good games that started Week Seven play at the 2014 Monroe Sports Center Fall League. One of the two games pitted undefeated Monroe against one loss Allentown. The Falcons jumped out to a 4-0 lead, and led 6-2 early in the first half before the Redbirds responded with an 18-2 tear over a span of 10:03 to take a 20-8 lead. The Falcons trailed at the half by 15, but managed to rally in the second half to pull within three on a couple of occasions, but were unable to get any closer and suffered their first loss of the fall, 46-43.
