Here are highlights from the second half and overtime in Tottenville’s 64-57 victory over Edison in the 7th Place Consolation Game at the 2016 Matawan Huskies Classic.
Trailing 51-48, Edison got a game tying three pointer from senior guard, Joe Cudakiewicz with 20.2 seconds remaining in regulation to force overtime. However, Tottenville, from Staten Island, outscored the Eagles by a 13-6 margin in the extra session for a 64-57 victory.
Tottenville got a game high 30 points from Joe McCoy and 12 points from Steve Lam in the victory. Justin Turner led the Eagles with 19 points while sophomore Jaymin Vakharia chipped in with 15.
