NORTH EDISON, NJ–After work on Tuesday night, GMC Hoops traveled over to J.P. Stevens High School for the first time in three years to see the Hawks in action against Colonia in a GMC Red Clash. After Brandon Ahmed tied the game with a score at the 2:28 mark of the fourth, the Patriots finished the game with a 10-2 run as they limited the Hawks to no field goals while Stevens struggled from the line down the stretch. Trent Barneys gave the Pats the lead for good with 2:26 to go while Jordan McDaniel connected on a three from the left wing at the 1:56 mark for a 36-32 lead.
