GMC Gold Brings Two Teams to Panthers Holiday Tourney This Year
ROSELLE PARK, NJ–Earlier this week, GMC Hoops received the 2019 Roselle Park Holiday Tourney Schedule. Two teams from the Greater Middlesex Conference’s Gold Division will be competing in this year’s Panthers Holiday Tournament. One team, Piscataway Tech, has made it to the final round each of the past two seasons, and won the 2017 tourney title.
This year, Timothy Christian joins the event after competing in the Millburn Holiday Tournament last season. Before that, the Tigers had competed in tournaments at Valley Forge University, Cairn University, and Eastern Christian. P-Way Tech and TCS join Keyport and host school, Roselle Park in the tourney field.
Due to the late start of the high school boys basketball season, and the short amount of time between the start of the season and the holidays, the 2019 Roselle Park Holiday Tournament will be played on Monday, December 23rd and Friday, December 27th. 2019 RPHS Holiday Tournament–Final Found–December 27th
- Consolation: Keyport-Piscataway Tech loser vs. Timothy Christian-Roselle Park loser, 2:00 PM
- Championship: Keyport-Piscataway Tech winner vs. Timothy Christian-Roselle Park winner, 4:30 PM
