East Brunswick High School opened for the 1959-60 school year, but didn’t have its first 20-win season until the 1985-86 campaign. The Bears won the Central Jersey Group 4 title in 1986 and then the second-ever Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament in 1987. Head coaches Frank Noppenberger, Bo Henning, and Mark Motusesky combined to produce ten 20-win seasons over the past 40 years.
