Before the Greater Middlesex Conference , the Middlesex County Schools were spread around several different conferences. One of those conferences was the Middlesex County Athletic Conference, which existed from 1972 to 1985.
Woodbridge and Colonia tied for the most MCAC titles with three while St. Joseph’s won two in just three years in the league. Carteret and Perth Amboy also won two crowns. View the MCAC Boys Basketball history below.
