EDISON, NJ–Despite the sweltering heat and humidity from the peaking heat wave in the Eastern United States, GMC Hoops headed over to the Physical Education Center on the main campus of Middlesex County College to see the Championship Game between second seeded Perth Amboy Tech and fourth seeded Roselle Park. Amboy Tech took a 19-16 lead at the intermission after a 5-0 run helped the Pats break away. Up to that point, there were four lead changes and a tie in the contest. Then, after Roselle Park opened the second half with a score, the Patriots put the game away with a 15-0 tear over a span of 7:06 to take a 34-18 lead en route to a 42-31 victory. First Half
