NORTH EDISON, NJ–On Thursday night, the Round of 16 took place in the 2012 Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament. One of the games on tap was between 10th seeded New Brunswick and seventh seeded Bishop Ahr at BGA. In a game that saw 15 lead changes and 9 ties including 12 lead changes and 6 ties in the second half, New Brunswick pulled away with a 14-4 tear over a span of 4:22 to come away with the hard fought 63-57 victory. The Zebras overcame poor foul shooting down the stretch as Bishop Ahr committed three turnovers in the final minute. Samaad Thomas was huge in the fourth for NBHS.
