RAHWAY, NJ–In the first game of the GMC Hoops tripleheader at Rahway High School, Perth Amboy Tech trailed 26-14 late in the first half before rallying to pull within three midway through the second half, but couldn’t get any closer as Scotch Plains held on for a 46-40 victory.
