Here are highlights from the action in top seeded North Brunswick’s victory over 5th seeded Monroe in the 2016 East Brunswick/GMC JV Semifinals at EBHS. Monroe managed to pull within single digits on a couple of occasions in the second half after North Brunswick was up by as many as 14, but couldn’t get closer than 8 points down the stretch as the JV Raiders advanced to the Championship Game. Four NBTHS players scored in double figures including Avery Clagget with 17 points, Jhonell Brown with 15 points and Adryan Salazar and Jordan Salisbury with 13. Jackson Maddox and Hassan Reid each led the Monroe with 15 while Kevin Shea chipped in with 13 including 8 in the 4th.
