Here are highlights from Linden’s 69-57 victory over Newark Tech in the third game of the final day of action at the 2013 Hoop Group Tip-Off Classic at West Orange High School on opening weekend. The Tigers fell behind by a score of 19-11 after one period, but then outscored Newark Tech by a margin of 26-5 over the next quarter and a half or so to take a commanding 37-24 lead en route to the victory. Patrick School transfer, Otis Livingston scored a team high 17 points while Cincinnati bound forward Quadri Moore chipped in with 15 points including the 1,000th of his career for Linden. Mustafa Lawrence scored a game high 21 points for the Terriers including 14 in the second half in a losing cause.
