Here is a slideshow of photos from the action in a pre-season scrimmage between Ridge and Piscataway. The 2015 North Jersey Section 2 Group 4 runner-up jumped out to a 10-2 lead midway through the first quarter thanks in part to a putback and dunk by big man, Max Mahoney. Piscataway battled back with a couple threes including one at the beginning of the second that capped an 8-4 spurt to close the gap to 14-10. The Chiefs wouldn’t get any closer after that as Ridge finished the game on a 46-23 run for the 60-33 win. Mahoney scored 11 of the Red Devils 13 points in the third quarter as Ridge got a 13-8 edge there, and then the Ridge reserves outscored P-Way 19-8 in the fourth.
