ELIZABETH, NJ–On Thursday, GMC Hoops received the schedule and list of teams competing in the 2008 Elizabeth Summer League over at the Dunn Center and Edison House in Elizabeth. The league will be playing games four days a week with a more Linden format in the sense that there are two divisions that play twice a week. Games will be played up and until July 22nd with Playoffs starting on July 23rd, and the Championship on July 28th. Below are the list of teams in both the Monday/Wednesday Division and the Tuesday/Thursday Division:

The league has definitely expanded in its return after being on hiatus for a year. There are also six teams from the GMC competing including: Carteret, Metuchen, Middlesex, Monroe, Sayreville, and St. Joseph’s. GMC Hoops to be out at this league sometime next week.
