SOUTH AMBOY, NJ–On Tuesday night, July 8th, the seventh week of action continued at the 2008 Raritan Bay Summer League at the air conditioned, South Amboy Middle/High School. Unlike the night before, there was a full slate of four games starting at 5:30 PM, and continuing at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM before wrapping up with the finale at 8:30 PM. GMC Hoops did not attend any of the action in this league since it was at Middlesex County College covering the summer league there. Below are the results from Tuesday night’s action thanks to Tom Reilly, who helps run the league:
- St. Ambrose over Sayreville Knights–7th and 8th Grade Division
- Roselle defeated Parlin–7th and 8th Grade Division
- Matawan over Roselle–High School Division
- Monroe over Metuchen–5th and 6th Grade Division
GMC Hoops hopes to catch some action from this league later this week. Raritan Bay will not have any games the following week, and will resume play on July 28th.
