MIDDLESEX, NJ–On Monday, GMC Hoops learned from Edison Boys Basketball head coach, Charlie Mohr, that the 2008 Gene Haley Memorial Tournament will be held on Monday and Tuesday, December 29th and 30th at Edison High School. Teams participating will be: Bloomfield, Carteret, Edison, and J.F. Kennedy. View the first and final round matchups with start times below:

- 11:00 am–Bloomfield vs. J.F. Kennedy
- 12:30 pm–Carteret vs. Edison
2008 Gene Haley Memorial Tournament–Final Round–December 30th
- 11:00 am–Consolation
- 12:30 pm–Championship
