Rutgers Still Looking For Teams To Play In 1st Annual Scarlet Shootout

PISCATAWAY, NJ–On Thursday morning, GMC Hoops received information from Rutgers University Men’s Basketball Operations Coordinator, Matt Bloom, that Rutgers is still looking for teams to compete in its first ever Scarlet Shootout. The shootout will be a 32 team tournament that will take place on Saturday, June 13th and Sunday, June 14th on the campus of Rutgers University. Here is some of the basic info on the Scarlet Shootout:

  • Guaranteed 4 Games on the Rutgers University campus.
  • Cost is only $495 per team.
  • 2 Certified game officials for each game.
  • Skill Development Instruction from the Rutgers Basketball Staff.
  • Academic Lectures from Rutgers Administrators.
  • Team Rates at local hotels, if you decide to stay nearby.
  • Everyone will receive a Camp T-Shirt for participating.
