Teams In The 2009 Elizabeth Summer League

ELIZABETH, NJ–On Wednesday afternoon, GMC Hoops received information from Elizabeth High School boys basketball head coach, Chris Balent, on the 2009 Elizabeth Summer League, which has already gotten underway at the Dunn Center on the main campus of EHS this week. There are a total of 22 teams spread across two divisions: the Monday/Wednesday Division, and the Tuesday/Thursday Division. League play is expected to continue through July 27th. Of the 22 teams, there are seven teams from the Greater Middlesex Conference competing.

GMC Hoops plans to head out to the Dunn Center for action from the Monday/Wednesday League, which has a special day on Friday scheduled due to the Elizabeth High School graduation taking place on Monday, June 22nd.
