We are now approaching the tenth week of the GMC Football season, and things continue to heat up as we have the opening round of the state playoffs taking place. There are only four games in total this week all in the various NJSIAA State Playoff contests.. Games will just be played on Friday night and Saturday afternoon as they normally are. Below is the schedule for this week:

- Woodbridge at Ridge, 7:00 PM–North Jersey Section 2 Group IV State Playoffs
- East Brunswick at Sayreville, 7:00 PM–Central Jersey Group IV State Playoffs
- Ocean Township at Monroe, 7:00 PM–Central Jersey Group III State Playoffs
GMC Football–Week #10–Saturday Afternoon–November 21, 2009–GMC Playoff Games
- Highland Park at Metuchen, 1:00 PM–Central Jersey Group I State Playoffs
GMC Hoops will be out at Ridge High School on Friday night to take in the contest between the eighth seeded Woodbridge Barrons and the fifth seeded Red Devils of Ridge in the semifinal round of the NJSIAA North Jersey Section 2 Group IV State Playoffs.
